How to Restore Bookmarks in Vivaldi

This guide will show you how to import your Vivaldi bookmarks by restoring them from a local backup file. Here is a step-by-step guide for importing bookmarks in Vivaldi:

  1. Open Vivaldi.
  2. Click the Vivaldi menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
  3. Go to FileImport from Applications or Files.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Bookmarks HTML file.
  5. Click Start Import.
  6. Navigate to your local backup HTML file, select it, and click Open.
  7. The imported bookmarks will be added to your bookmark collection.
  8. Alternative method: Go to the Bookmark Manager (Ctrl+B) and click the Import icon near the top-right corner.
  9. Note: Imported bookmarks will appear in a new folder placed after all other bookmark folders. Use the Bookmark Manager to organize them as needed.
